The people are just standing around, inside the store, it claims to be open, yet the doors are locked, they don't answer the drive-thru window, nor their phone as I'm calling from outside. The employees seen me outside, but straight up ignored me. Corporate needs to fire the employees of this location, and send new management in to hire better workers. Just based on these reviews.

I was happy to see that this location was open again. Unfortunately the food was not good. I used to love KFC. They were out of chicken wings which I can understand. The chicken sandwiches were not crispy and were warm. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for the food to be brought out to us, so I expected hot food.

We ordered the eight piece extra crispy. Received six pieces dark meat the only white meat was two wings. Did not receive our biscuits, no napkins or any utensils. But we asked for them. They would only take cash and charged me $6 more than what it said on the menu chicken with cold and nasty. We only ate two pieces and tossed it out. Had same results in Janesville location. What happened to KFC they used to be excellent now they are absolutely horrific

The Manager is so RUDE!!! Very POOR CUSTOMER SEEVICE? She should be not working there because she do not know what is customer swevice is! She is so lazy to take order and so incompetent!!! So shameful!! I feel sad for the company!!

Went there yesterday 640 pm to get chicken worker outside she says we close in 20 min we're closed!!!Today its 6pm and they are outside again and say we have no chicken and have a emergency!!! Who owns this place????

I just lefted out the drive thru and now i can't even find my receipt to see if her name is on the receipt so I didn't catch it but she was a fun person...she made me smile about my little chicken order ? *inside joke* #SheKnows when she handed my food I looked at her and she smiled ? I told her thanks you made me smile and we BOTH LAUGHED ?Updated- August 17th @ about 5pm. I just been having a stressful week. Just to speeds things up what going on with me personally. I just got off of work. Didn't have a lunch so I go home and I got to this location because it's close to my house. From what I've said before I like this spot. But I'm in line ordering my food. Go around no problem, the lady taking my order sounds very nice. I'm behind a car. And I what that young lady hand my food to the car Infront of me...like I SAW HER and than the driver give it back to the young lady....I was thinking to myself "that better not be my food" than I see the manager give the drivet a drink. Now it's my turn....I give her my cash (because it's CASH ONLY...it's posted on the speaker when you order AND they make sure they say it but I digress) I see the bag because the bag looked like it was recently GRABBED ? lbs she like was walking in a circle and then I see her grab the bag I already don't want. I asked, "is that the bag you just handed to the car Infront?" She was like shocked I asked...I repeated myself and she nervously smiled and she was like, "no, that was my manger"...? AGAIN, I SAW YOU DO IT YOUNG LADY...THE MANAGER GAVE HER THE DRIVER THE DRINK!!! I really hate when people lie to me but I was hungry. I said, "all I care is this wasn't the bag you handed to that car Infront of me" she said, "no its not" ?? I take the food, I still ate it ??‍♀️ but I still don't appreciate the lying. If I feel uncomfortable about it just make it fresh. I promise I won't hold my tongue again if it happens. If I decide to even go here again. This type of stuff is a deal breaker for me. But I can be in the mood to give chances. I know what to expect if I do go back.

Hi me and my family ordered some chicken for our family 2 Sundays ago when we got there we had to wait 30 minutes before the chicken was cooked and prepared it was a rush job when I got the chicken home it was dark and over cooked so we threw it out and got some decent chicken from pick n save I was very disappointed and embarrassed ? with the service the manager is a long time Sister of mine from a family dollar we waisted money on a 16 piece meal and had to throw it out that was a lot of money spent on burnt chicken and then we had to spend more money at pick n save it has to get better before I come there again what can be done about me and my families mishap are you going to fix our problem send coupons or something I need a response to my problem

Ordered online about 6:00 from my job in Mequon for a 6:30 timed order. My money spent, I went to the drive though to get my food about 6:35. Someone else picked up my food. Ok. Not MY problem or fault they gave to the wrong people... They didn't care, and seemed bothered I was asking them to do their job. I had an incident at a different KFC when I worked in Kenosha. At this point, I'm DONE. Gimme my money back, and close all the stores I don't care. If you don't give a damn about your customers, you don't deserve them or to be in business!!!

Still a 0 star establishment 3 years later. Went on a Sunday and they told us at the drive thru it was a 20-30 minute wait on any type of chicken... And then had no coleslaw.. fill up boxes.. hot wings... Really anything. Just go somewhere else.

Not the best experience. I ordered they're "famous bowl". I have had it before with a great experience. This time how ever. It wasn't so good. There was a lack of chicken. The chicken seem a little over cook. The potatoes seem to have this dry powder with them. I think, when they made the potatoes, they didn't add enough water/milk to them. I think I am going avoid this location for while. Come on KFC get you stuff together!!
