Mad Chicken

Went here after an abysmal experience at BW3 and a quick Google search for boneless wings since our favorite (AJ O’Brady’s) is now closed. Mad Chicken place was completely empty - we were greeted with a smile and immediate service, patient explanation of their combos, and after a brief time to cook, hot and fresh waffle fries and boneless wings. Very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness, and speed of service and quality of food. Juicy, hot, crispy, and fresh! We have a new favorite spot for boneless wings!

First time here getting lunch.Did not notice store until about 6 months ago. Got chicken tenders and wings to go. Tender..juicy and was still nice and warm all the way home. Give it a try, very popular on the eastside. Can't go wrong with fresh.

First time trying from this location and I love it! When first coming in the staff were really nice and welcoming. The pricing is not bad for the amount of food that I got. I ordered the Chicken and Mac n Cheese bowl with a spicy buffalo sauce and it was so good! The chicken was so crispy and fresh along with the Mac n cheese was really good but the buffalo sauce is what made it taste even better. Had just the right amount of spice and sauce to it, not making the chicken soggy or over powering it. I would most definitely get it again along with fries. The portion was just right, I’m not feeling bloated or empty afterwards I feel fulfilled. I would highly recommend going to this location!

Originally I came in as door dasher delivering mad chicken to folks. Even when I was just delivering, Taher the cashier is amazing and I don't mean that as exaggeration. He is always friendly and really easy to talk to whenever i come to pick up a order. So eventually I was like well I do a lot of deliveries with mad chicken so might as well try it and I do not regret it. The food was absolutely delicious, fries was perfect as well, everything was cooked fresh. Sadly the highest rating is only 5 but if i could rate it higher i definitely would. Taher if you see this message it is me the Asian Doordasher you always see

This place is nice in customer service but the food was very underwhelming no seasoning very basic did not taste good.

Would be better if staff got off their phones to serve people and take orders. Cook was also mia so take out order was delayed. Pretty easy to tell they don’t really care, plus you have to check your order as they forget things.

The food was good...👍🏻... attention to detail would be nice. Worker cleaning on phone talking. Cashier silent thru transaction...a bit of a weird vibe. 🤔

Phenomenal service. Went to get a quick and delicious meal, and got just that. Wonderful breading and juicy chicken. Fries were just the right amount of crispy and tasted superb. Was treated very kindly when purchasing and kindly offered sauces and checked in on us during our meal. Will say the tables were a little sticky, but didn't ruin the experience. Wonderful food and wonderful service, thank you! It was some MAD good chicken.

The man who took my order had head phones in… i ordered a salad no onions no tomatoes…didn’t hear me cause I got onions and tomatoes on my salad I said to him there are no onions and tomatoes on there right and he said yea there is….it’s whatever I took them off I also wanted grilled chicken he said that would be 20 min not sure why because I was the only customer in the store not to mention my salad was supposed to come with cucumbers….guess what no cucumbers Disappointed to say the least

First times ever trying. Much better than the usual fast-food chicken sandwiches of the area. Hefty chicken portion too!
