Love this chicken! You will have to wait a little bit but that’s because everything is fresh. Everything was very good. Will be back for sure!

The service is always top notch and compliments the incredibe food. I usually go for the tenders and cheese curds. Both are the best that you'll find anywhere. Delicious, fresh food that is served hot by friendly service workers. A great experience.

food quality was poor and the environment inside the resturant was even worse also it costed almost 15 dollars for one spicy chicken sandwich meal

The guy at the register was very friendly and seemed to enjoy his job. Food was fairly cheap and quite delicious. Overall I would love to go again.

Absolutely amazing food- so fresh every time we come. The mad sauce is what dreams are made of. The service and staff are exceptional. It’s always clean and great environment as well. If I were to score between 1 and 5, I would give it a 50! It’s beyond words- amazing!!! Try it for yourself and you’ll agree!!

Went here after an abysmal experience at BW3 and a quick Google search for boneless wings since our favorite (AJ O’Brady’s) is now closed. Mad Chicken place was completely empty - we were greeted with a smile and immediate service, patient explanation of their combos, and after a brief time to cook, hot and fresh waffle fries and boneless wings. Very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness, and speed of service and quality of food. Juicy, hot, crispy, and fresh! We have a new favorite spot for boneless wings!

great service, fast and good

First time here getting lunch.Did not notice store until about 6 months ago. Got chicken tenders and wings to go. Tender..juicy and was still nice and warm all the way home. Give it a try, very popular on the eastside. Can't go wrong with fresh.

First time trying from this location and I love it! When first coming in the staff were really nice and welcoming. The pricing is not bad for the amount of food that I got. I ordered the Chicken and Mac n Cheese bowl with a spicy buffalo sauce and it was so good! The chicken was so crispy and fresh along with the Mac n cheese was really good but the buffalo sauce is what made it taste even better. Had just the right amount of spice and sauce to it, not making the chicken soggy or over powering it. I would most definitely get it again along with fries. The portion was just right, I’m not feeling bloated or empty afterwards I feel fulfilled. I would highly recommend going to this location!

Originally I came in as door dasher delivering mad chicken to folks. Even when I was just delivering, Taher the cashier is amazing and I don't mean that as exaggeration. He is always friendly and really easy to talk to whenever i come to pick up a order. So eventually I was like well I do a lot of deliveries with mad chicken so might as well try it and I do not regret it. The food was absolutely delicious, fries was perfect as well, everything was cooked fresh. Sadly the highest rating is only 5 but if i could rate it higher i definitely would.
