Missing some of my orders. Would not answer my phone call. They told me they had all of my orders! Would not recommend place. Used to be a good consistent place to order. But it turned into a trash place with trash workers!

Employees are walking and laughing and no one was helping. Took too many much time on their phone. Ask for help for baby fumala and also some sock and no one was there for help to unlock the door. Waiting and calling for help but seen like no one k about.. so I have to walk to the cashier and ask for help and then she told me she will call one of the associates for me and yes she did.. thanks to her ... Been waiting more then 25 minutes..

I went to McDonald's to order too Mcchickens,Forty piece chicken nugget and two large fries. I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for the order. I questioned about the hold up. I was told that they handed my order to another customer. The cutomer service at this location has gotten worse over time. I am never coming back here.

Came through the drive through. Got to the pay window no one was there, so I drove up to the pick up window. Charged me double for our order. Gave us the wrong order twice, drinks and food. Worst experience ever tbh.

Stopped in on February 3 at 8:24 pm,went through the drive threw.Service was terrible ordered big Mac meal with a large fry,got half an order of fries my large Dr Pepper was half full,when questioned the guy at the window he just closed it in my face.Terrible service and the fish I ordered had no tarter.

Horrible, I walked in an ordered a fry. There was no one in line or waiting for their order so I assumed this would be quick. Unfortunately not, the person that took my order started having a conversation with her order co-workers for about 10 mins. Then she finally looked my way and realized she didn't drop the fries in the Greece. She then proceeds to cook the fries, but walk away. I sat there waiting for another 10 mins and still nothing! Then she started to put the fries in the container but also ate one!!!!!!!!!!! You gotta be kidding me. I immediately left the restaurant!
