Came in to order two plates. Had to wait 10 minutes for the steak only for them to literally give me four pieces of broccoli and some onion and a couple of mushrooms and not a single piece of steak and that was on two plates that I bought take out and brought home. ! Very disappointing tried calling to speak to a manager and got with no answer!! So very disappointed not only did I have to wait 10 minutes for what I ordered. I also had to pay an up charge. To not even get a single piece of steak.

Ordered a mobile order, worker said 5 minute wait, I wait about 15 minutes until a worker asked if I had been served and my order was just sitting behind the counter finished for 10 minutes lousy staff

Ate there twice and both times not good food. Today around lunch time they where out of two entrees so I got what was available and it was not very fresh have not felt good the rest of the day. Last time I was there around lunch time they where out of fried rice it took a while but finally got served the rice was slimy and again did not feel good the rest of the day. Food is not fresh, Will not be going back.

They never have food ready. No matter what time of day it is they all stand around at the counter and then when someone comes in to order they are yelling back to the cook all these dishes that need to be made. Why not make them in advance? Customers don’t want to wait 10-12 minutes bc you stand around all day.

I always order from here but today it was horrible. When I ordered the orange chicken it was horrible because it was very very sour and bitter. Did not taste good at all. So we went back and fortunately they gave us a refund.

If you would spring for a heater ,I would give you a two. Jesus Christ hey q location went in for 1st time in August ,temp had to be 50 degrees . Everyone was wearing coats . Will never go back. My daughter say it's normally colder in there that it is outside during summer that she where sweatshirt when she goes there.

Hello My Brother Ordered 3 Meals from Panda Express Last Night December 14th 2024 He Purchased Sweet n Sour Chicken n Veggie Rice 3 Meals Like I Stated before and me my son my twin my niece the whole family Got Sick as A Dog up all night Puking up as well as part 3 IFYYK smh caught Food Poisoning do not eat from there again
