Usually I get rly good food from this place but they forgot some stuff in my order and when I call back to the place they claim to not hear me.. will have to probably find another spot for Asian food

I ordered the family meal with two orange chicken, one honey walnut shrimp, fried rice and lo mein as the sides. They said it would take four minutes for the chicken and shrimp, that’s fine I didn’t mind waiting. 20 minutes passed and I finally track down an employee and ask where my food is. She comes back a minute later and tells me it was just sitting on the counter waiting to be boxed. So my food was just sitting there for 16 minutes getting cold. When I got home I opened the sides and there were no veggies or egg in my fried rice, and only onion in my lo mein. All that waiting just to get an incomplete meal for $50. Absolutely ridiculous.

the food is usually really good, you can definitely tell when it's fresher but i've still never had a bad experience with it. staff are friendly, the place isn't always super clean but they are very busy every time i come in there so i understand

I just left this establishment without even completing my order due to the extremely rude and demeaning behavior of the woman taking my order. The restaurant was not busy, and I was the only customer in line, yet she rushed me while I was ordering. When I decided on the family deal, she began speaking to me in an unprofessional, abrasive manner while hurriedly throwing the food into containers. I noticed the rice looked very dry so much so that I wouldn’t feel comfortable serving it to guests and I politely commented on it. In response, she rolled her eyes, which was the final straw for me. I decided to walk out. As I left, I noticed other employees looking on in surprise, which tells me this behavior might be common there. Do not patronize this place. I had actually been considering having them cater my lunch meeting next week, but after this experience, absolutely not.

Following the redemption of my complimentary birthday item, an additional charge was incurred, and reward points were deducted, which is inconsistent with the intended single-item benefit.
I come here on my lunch break 2-3 times a week and they are always super nice, even when they are super busy the line disappears quickly. Location is always clean and the employees working there are always smiling and happy.

Got the hot orange chicken with fried rice and the chicken is over cooked, rice undercooked. some of the pieces of rice are hard. ive found one piece of egg in my “fried rice” no veggies. my dr.pepper was also lacking flavor, like the syrup needed to be replaced. disappointing bc i usually like panda :/

I went through the drive thru to order my food and when I got it, they completely made it wrong. I had to go inside and made them remake my food. Be careful ordering from the drive thru because they might make it wrong
