Got the hot orange chicken with fried rice and the chicken is over cooked, rice undercooked. some of the pieces of rice are hard. ive found one piece of egg in my “fried rice” no veggies. my dr.pepper was also lacking flavor, like the syrup needed to be replaced. disappointing bc i usually like panda :/

I went through the drive thru to order my food and when I got it, they completely made it wrong. I had to go inside and made them remake my food. Be careful ordering from the drive thru because they might make it wrong

Never fails everytime we order they forget to add Teriyaki sauce packets even when requested Even more frustrating when its delivery it just ruins a whole meal for someone thats looking forward to relaxing and save time instead of cooking or running around for dinner.

Came in to order two plates. Had to wait 10 minutes for the steak only for them to literally give me four pieces of broccoli and some onion and a couple of mushrooms and not a single piece of steak and that was on two plates that I bought take out and brought home. ! Very disappointing tried calling to speak to a manager and got with no answer!! So very disappointed not only did I have to wait 10 minutes for what I ordered. I also had to pay an up charge. To not even get a single piece of steak.

Ordered a mobile order, worker said 5 minute wait, I wait about 15 minutes until a worker asked if I had been served and my order was just sitting behind the counter finished for 10 minutes lousy staff
