So it was a normal day ordering from this Pizza Hut after, placing my order I seen an Asian girl disrespecting one of the employees! Why after words I backed away and let her finish the the two employees she was yelling at went and sit down looking like they was finna cry so I ask them who is she and what happened they said she is are district manager name Alexia. Then they said she yelled at us cause we didn’t pay for are employee food wish was odd then they said mind you is heart broken! She dose not like black people or lgbtq. So I gave them a 40$ tip each they smiled! After that she asked them to clean and mop the whole store then after that I got my food and left! Poor Pizza Hut here wish y’all had a better Dm!

this Pizza Hut has had its challenges in the past, i know because I’ve encountered them, however I think it has been recognized because I cannot say enough about the new manager and her new crew that are running this Pizza Hut they work together in unison to provide excellent customer service amazing food that is always hot and fresh please, if you have not considered ordering from this Pizza Hut, you will not be disappointed. there is something on the menu for everyone in the family, give them a chance ?
Guess I should have read the reviews before ordering this garbage, the pizza itself looked like it was made and cut by a blind toddler, the delivery took 40 minutes AFTER it left the store($15 tip). We were delivered a COLD pizza and cheese bread that was riding in some dudes trunk and the toppings and slices were scattered all over the box. $50 for a cold medium pizza that looked like someone threw it across the room before delivering it. NEVER AGAIN.

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION.I'm pretty sure ALL of their deliveries are now being completed through DoorDash, even when ordering directly through Pizza Hut's website. Adding this middle man causes every delivery to be crazy late, and the employees could care less. We've even done pick-up to try and skirt this problem, and have STILL had issues (last time I showed up and they didn't have any breadsticks - what?! - and tried to give me a cookie instead. Um, no thanks, I'd like what I ordered please).

I ordered online and the was told the order was supposed to deliver at 1pm. The didn't arrive until 3pm. I called the store and spoke to a Kiana, who claimed to be the manager, and she blamed Door Dash for the delay. I explained to her that I didn't order through Door Dash but directly through Pizza Huts website and asked why I wasn't notified of any delays. She said it's a Door Dash problem, told me never to call back and hung up on me. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store in Germantown WI.

While I understand that sometimes ordering food online can be challenging, tonight this Pizza Hut in Germantown, WI failed us for the last time.As we had a larger than usual group over for dinner that included our three grandkids (all under 6) our choice was to order one of the combination deals.Order placed at 4:18pm. Promised by 4:50pm. Still nothing by 5:15pm so I called. Hung up on 3 times. Finally, rudely, I was told after identifying myself that DoorDash had it and was on the way. We live about 5-10 minutes from the store. With boiling blood, I ordered Domino's at 6, which I should have done in the first place.Finally, the Dasher brought the order from Pizza Hut at 6:15. Domino's was there at 6:25. We tested the temperature of the Pizza Hut arrivals: average of 86°. Domino's? Basically too hot to touch.If you're considering ordering, picking up or any in other way patronizing this Pizza Hut please don't. The best thing that could happen would be to put it out of its misery.Please, order Domino's or something from anywhere besides this Pizza Hut.It has zero redeeming qualities.

We went to Pizza Hut in Germantown, WI last night. We received horrible service. We went to the counter to order. It was hard to get the order placed. The person working the register seemed confused and was difficult to hear/understand. We dined in. The soda machine didn't work so we ordered bottles. We had an elderly person with us who wanted a cup. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to ask for a cup. We eventually helped ourselves to a straw behind the counter. Our melts came, but no sauce came with them even though that's part of the order. I went up to the counter to ask for the sauce. Again, I waited more than 5 minutes. Asked the person for sauce...so much confusion with other customers. Couldn't get me sauce for another 5 minutes. Melts are cold now. We also ordered Cheese Sticks which we asked about a couple times. We were told they were coming. We had to ask again after we all done eating our meal. He said he forgot that they were in the warmer and never brought them out. Brought them out when we were ready to leave. We had to look around the place for our own napkins, we had to wait at the counter to ask for some silverware (elderly person wanted food cut up). Horrible service and average food. Not worth it. Don't go here!

Awesome Pizza Hut. Slow Slow Slow delivery. They say it takes 30-40 minutes but it actually will take well over an hour... consistently.
Ordered online, said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived at time indicated for order and waited an additional 37 minutes for the last pizza to be ready. Heat and air conditiong are broken in the location so it was very cold in the restaurant for diners and the folks waiting. Pizza was finally done, adter asking for the dipping sauces that were ordered, we arrived home to find 1 pizza was undercooked, one pizza was missing pepperoni (which made it an all cheese pizza), cheese bread was burnt and all the food, (wings, cinnabons, pizza and breadsticks) except the last pizza I was waiting for, was cold. 2 stars because the woman working in front communicated with me about the wait. We won't be returning to this location.

Walked up to counter as they continued to visit in back. Finally one of the ladies came up. I asked if this was a sit down or carry out pizza hut she replied sit down. I grabbed what I thought was a menu. Finally a waitress came over and asked if we would like a drink. I told her with our order as they have no ice machine. We asked if they had any specials she had to go outside and ask the manager.. When she came in and told us no we asked what the prices were and again she had to go outside. When she came back we just decided to leave. As we were leaving the manager yelled out see you next time to which I replied probably not. Then asked why the menus have no prices. She said prices change daily so they don't put them on. I. Call B.S

On Sept. 3rd 2023 I was waiting for the manager on staff Keith to load up my wings from the fryer. I watched him drop one of my wings on the floor. He then proceeded to pick it up and dip it back into the hot oil. I started yelling at him telling him to "stop, don't do it, take it out of the fryer & throw it away." As he was about to throw it in with the rest of the wings. I told him customers would rather have one less wing then get food served off of the floor. I can't believe this is who you guys have managing your store & serving people food. I will never go back to the Germantown location & possible another pizza hut again. The pizza curse was hard as a rock & it was as dry. Ended up throwing everything away & going to a different place. Complete waist of money.
