Ordered online, said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived at time indicated for order and waited an additional 37 minutes for the last pizza to be ready. Heat and air conditiong are broken in the location so it was very cold in the restaurant for diners and the folks waiting. We usually order from Menomonee Falls but after a few bad experiences, we decided to try the Germantown PH. Wow, what a difference! They were super busy with only 2 people working (not their fault!) and even though we had to wait a bit longer, the food is so much better and the 2 employees working were so professional and nice. This was on 9/1 at 730 (we don’t know their names but hopefully management can look it up). Nice job!
