App and their door sign say they open at 9am but it isn't uncommon for them to still be closed at 10am. I asked about that a couple weeks ago and was told they're supposed to be open at 9 every day. And yet, it still happens without even a sign on the door saying when they'll actually open. Today at 10:30 they were still closed.
I've gone here a fews nights in a row, on Friday & Saturdays after work. They've been closing up a full hour & a half early. I won't even try anymore I'll just go to the one in Menomonee Falls.

Entered the store excited to try Subway it had been years since I had eaten here. Left after 5 minutes of me saying Hello and getting no response from the employees. Rude and unfriendly staff.
