Jimmy John’s has been one of my go-to spots for a good sandwich at a great value for 15 years. I’ve probably eaten at JJs more than all other restaurants combined during that timespan. It seems either this location or Jimmy John’s corporate decided to shrink the size and portions of their sandwiches significantly over the past few months. The staff at this location are always friendly and work hard to make your sandwiches quickly. Whether there's no one there or the place is packed, you can guarantee that you'll be in and out in less than 10 minutes.

After placing a mobile order, what I received was a far cry from what I have come to expect from Jimmy John's. Of three sandwiches, all were incorrect: two were the wrong item (Big Johns were made instead of the Hunter's Clubs that were ordered), and all three ignored special condiment requests. When picking up the order inside, three of the four employees were found watching videos on a phone. I will not be returning to this location.
