It's a newly remodeled McD's and even has a play place, but it was so gross and dirty when we stopped here today on a road trip. Empty cups everywhere on tables, the floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed all day, and the employees looked totally disengaged. They had a number of staff there but they were walking around aimlessly.
No one speaks English my order got messed up the last 2 times I went there. This McDonalds is so bad they took forever then proceeded to bring out the wrong order. This is a terrible McDonalds.
I just left there and the young lady preparing the order for the drive thru tried to give me someone else’s order.
I told her it wasn’t mine and as I was waiting I noticed she started playing with her hair and touching people’s foods and drinks. I asked for the manager and a man named Caesar comes, I tell him about the employee and then asked what the hold up was for my order:
