Came 8-13-26 and nobody works the front counter. They expect you to use the kiosk. I asked the blue shirt frosted tips dude if they have anyone work the front and he said no they dont staff anyone in that position. Customers have to yell into the back to get service or use the kiosk. Then they forget to put sauce in the bag requiring you to wait even longer for a worker to show up to get the crap they forgot the first time. Ridiculous never any customer service.

They first got our order wrong and then we saw about 10 cars pass us and still didn’t have our food. The wait for food was 20 mins.
So I try to order a number 6 with a hi C and proceeded to tell me that they don’t have any also goes for Orange juice in the morning, then tell me do I just want the sandwich and a hash brown and I said that’s fine. When I got up to the second window I get charged a second time for an other hash brown but was told I can just get the sandwich and the hash brown. A meal with no beverage, but charge extra for a hash brown doesn’t make any sense!!! Very upset.
