I used to come to this subway all the time and pay for double meat and double cheese was great. Now for 19.99 I get one serving for the price of double.... not cool at all.

Spent over 6.00 on my 6" sandwich and I'm still starving! Bread was rock hard so I ate the measly inside. 4 thin slices of turkey, 1 piece of cheese, 4 pickles, tiny bit of olives, few peperocini, nasty very very over ripe tomato ends and unappetizing lettuce. Kept telling him I wanted mayonnaise, he waited until it was all made and then sqirted very little on top of everything so most of that was on the wrapper. This is the worst sandwich I've ever had at a Subway. They charge way to much for what you get.

Worst sandwich I've ever had from Subway. Almost 7.00 for a 6" sandwich and the bread was rock hard on top. 4 very thinly sliced pieces of turkey, 1 slice of cheese, 3 gross very ripe tomato ends, 4 pickles, a few olives and a couple bell pepper pieces and ok looking lettuce. Then he closes the sandwich and squirts the mayo on top of everything. I was only able to eat the insides and most of the mayonnaise rubbed off on the wrapper. Won't be spending any more of my money at this location.

Just terrible. Worker couldn't get cheese to separate so she picked it and put fingernail sized pieces on my sandwich. Tomatoes weren't ripe. When checking out she informed that there was no ice so I enjoyed a warm Diet Coke. Honestly I've never been more disappointed by a trip to Subway (and that's saying something.)

I've stopped her a few night after work I'm new to the area & Germantown seems great. They have it posted on the door they're open till 9 & every time I come (7:55 the first night, 8:05 the next night) the doors locked & they're cleaning up. It's a big bummer but maybe a blessing cause it seems from the other reviews like their vegetables are always old & moldy. I won't ever go back, I'll drive the few extra min to Menomonee Falls. The subs I get there are great & they're always open to the time posted on the door & website.

I ordered my sandwich before I got to the vegetables the lettuce was brown and the pickles looked like they had mold on them. Have never seen such awful produce on display at a subway ever. Not sure why I actually didn't just walk away. Hopefully I'm not sick later.

That way is a wonderful place to get a submarine sandwich but when I visited last there was only one where the rest of the staff didn't show up and she was running around a lot so it's located inside the Walmart in Germantown and the food is delicious

I AM TIRED OF GOING TO SUBWAY STORES and they don't accept coupons never going here again. They skimp on vegetables and won't accept coupons. Only go here if you want a ridiculously priced footlong, seriously how do they expect me to pay 14 bucks for a footlong when I can go to cousins get 3 more inches and it doesn't taste like a dumpster fire.???
The sub is good but employees don't speak English at all. They sounds like scammers and they won't let me use my coupon at all

I have been to this certain location quite a few times, and each time I go, I have a negative experience. I can never understand what the employees are saying. My milk was expired one of the times. Today I asked for an Oatmeal Raisin cookie. They gave me chocolate chip, even though I knew they had what I wanted. Sub tasted fine, but was very thin for some reason.

New owners who should't be. Simple order from menu, one sandwich B.M.T., received a 2 piece, ham slice, so thin, you could see through, shaved lettuce, that. fell off like a shedding dog, and asked for chipotle mayo and got who knows what. The remodel is visually, unappealing and loud, plus the owners/ employees, appear to no concept of wiping off tables. Food scraps all over the floor and seats. Hey SUBWAY Corporation. My suggestion is just give these people their franchise money back and send a Grade School class in to run it as a educational program. Couldn't do worse. Will never return to this Subway.

The subs were great! The coupon helped a lot with the price. The only issue I had was the provolone cheese that they didn't have. Otherwise, I enjoyed it.
