This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Taco Bell. The drive-thru was incredibly slow. There were only three cars in front of me, but I still sat there for about 30 minutes before finally reaching the window. When I got up there, the worker actually repeated my order back to me correctly, so I expected everything to be fine. They gave me the right drink, but the food bag they handed me was completely wrong.

I had to park and go inside to try and get it corrected. Once inside, things didn’t feel any better. The staff didn’t come across as professional at all. They looked out of it, like they weren’t sober, and were moving very sluggishly. It gave me zero confidence in how they were handling food. On top of that, nobody apologized for the mistake or the long wait they just kind of shoved the corrected order at me like it was no big deal.

Between the half-hour wait in the drive-thru, the wrong order after they had literally confirmed it, and the way the staff carried themselves, this visit was beyond disappointing. I usually don’t complain, but this was unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

Employees did not seem to be in a hurry at all. Sat in drove through line for over 30 minutes. They didn’t even know what our order was. Highly dissatisfied, will never go to this taco bell again.

Terrible!!! If I could give this Taco Bell less than 1 star I would. I rarely come here because they never get the order right. This visit was no different. What you pay for & what you get is never correct. Order right off the menu nothing special & they still don't get it right!! Order 2 soft Taco Supremes, Chalupa supreme, Nacho bell grande. We received 2 soft tacos, 1 plain Chalupa. Nachos with cheese & beef with 1 drip of sour cream on 1 chip. You spend over $20 & you don't get what you pay for or order.

Taco Bell in Menomonee Falls is by far the best location. Maybe it was a fluke but the food was hot and made nicely with a proper amount of ingredients. The staff were friendly, but I wasn't a big fan of the order yourself kiosk. No one was at the counter when we came in.

Went thru the drive thru, had 5 cars waiting ahead on other side of building, food was awful AND cold. The damn cinnamon twists had no cinnamkn sugar....that's half the name of them!!

Waited 48 minutes for the food. I got it home and it was terrible. Nacho cheese containers had no cheese in them. Tacos were dry and hard.

Just Majestic

The worst Taco Bell ever! 30min wait time for 4 tacos, you can only order from a kiosk. Lightskin dude with the fro, nose piercing and face piercing blatantly ignores you when you ask him how long your order is going to take. Just being rude for no reason. Taco bell is fast food not gourmet and should not take forever to make, just awful experience and my first time and last time there.

I’ve visited this Taco Bell location multiple times over the past few weeks, and unfortunately, the ice machine has been out of order each time.

What’s especially frustrating is that there’s no warning during the ordering process, and once you’ve paid (especially online), you’re left with a warm drink and no option for a refund or adjustment. Staff members have been courteous, but there seems to be no urgency in resolving the problem or offering alternatives to customers.

I hope this feedback encourages management to prioritize fixing the ice machine and improving communication with customers, especially those ordering ahead or online. A small courtesy—like a refund, replacement, or even a heads-up—would go a long way toward maintaining customer satisfaction.

Both bathroom floors and toilets were completely soaked! Looked like water but I don't know.
You had to order on a kiosk that was covered in fingerprints and no sign of hand sanitizer.
They forgot to give us cups for our sodas and the ice didn't work on the soda machine.
We waited 24 minutes.
When I went up ask for the ranch they forgot, the kitchen was trashed. Items all over the floor, staff dropping things and a girl was touching her hair with gloves on. Disgusting!
