I wouldn't call this a fast food place. From the tine we entered the line to the time we received our order was at least 25 minutes. Then to top it off they gave me regular chicken nuggets instead of spicy chicken nuggets. I get that they cook order once they get them at the speaker but this was ridiculous. Whats worse is staff regularly don't park orders which will take an extended period of time (>3-5 minutes) to fill.

If we had gone to a traditional sit down restaurant with table service we likely would have gotten our order faster.

I got somebody else’s food, and didn’t know until I was half way home. The frosty machine did not work! Which is a real bummer in summer time. Although there where some faults the worker was very friendly.

Don't eat here. We should've used the drive thru so we didn't have to witness how dirty it was inside. The service was slower than slow. The employees were slow and poorly trained. The food was edible. We got food that wasn't on the order and didn't get food that was. The owner should be ashamed and humiliated to have this restaurant associated with their name.

Very slow and everyone here seems to have an attitude. I would give 0 stars if i could. My burger had a hard bun and the lettuce was gross and brown.🙄

Went in with my wife and daughter to get some food. First attempted to order at the kiosk which didn't work because we kept getting an error. Decided to try and order at the front counter but that didn't work either since no employees working acknowledged that we were even there. I stood at the counter for a while waiting to order as employees kept coming to the area but never saying a word to us. I got tired of waiting so we just left.

I ordered a 4-piece spicy and a 6-piece regular. While the employee who took my order appeared to understand it correctly, I received all spicy pieces instead. The only staff member who demonstrated competence and provided assistance was a gentleman named Andrew; however, he was not the one who handed out our order. I am disappointed that the individual who did handed out our order made this mistake

Burger patties seemed to be very old, and re heated several times (dark brown and crunchy). Disgusting. The girl at the drive thru obviously didn't like her job, she was impolite and rude, guarantees i will NEVER go to this particular Wendy's again.. Worst experience ever.....

Why is chicken HARD and they don’t answer when u call?!?! Understaffed who CARE and that affects quality as well as waste and time. These pix r CHICKEN that is ROCK hard!! Tried calling NOTHING!! Will call tomorrow morning! Rock hard chicken AND romaine which has turned!!! Oh and my receipt says EXTRA Caesar try only ONE!! This isn’t an employee problem this is a MANAGEMENT and QUALITY issue!!
