The husband is a HUGE fan of smoked meat & brisket. We drove to Primal tonight from over an hour away (New London) & it was totally worth it!! As previously being in the customer service industry myself for over 10 years, I appreciated the kind tentative staff. We arrived around 4 p.m. and got a spot at the bar. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar & enjoyed friendly banter with the bartender. The time came for us to order our food. I asked staff a question and then explained...
We stopped by tonight and were greeted with a grin. Fantastic food, we tried many of the options. Cheese curds, elk and cheese pizza, philly sandwich, blue burger (FANTASTIC), brisket and their standard burger. The brisket fell apart even with the plastic fork! Sauces were flavorful and the portions were plentiful. We will be back!
I recently visited Primal Eats at 14109 County VV, in Gillett, WI. I had driven by there before and saw the high wire fencing but really didn't know what went on there. I made a trip there and had a great time..I walked in and noticed the beautiful bar. I sat there and had a couple of beverages that were available. I then went to the next room and ordered a chicken meal. A delicious meal, well worth another visit.
