We arrived there around 9PM to learn the dining room was closed which wasn't a big deal until I saw other individuals being seated in that area. We didn't get spoken to by any servers for about 20 minutes. Server was very kind, but slow service and freezer burned food ruined the meal. Server said she'd take one item off our receipt due to it being severely freezer burned which of course she never came back to do so. Usually love Applebee's, but unfortunately will not come back to this location

Had an absurd amount of hair and dirt in our appetizer. Of which they still made us pay for when we pointed it out to the staff. It looked like it was dropped on the floor in the kitchen, and still plated.

This place is a joke. I sat there for 30 minutes before the waitress told me that they had only one plate of riblets left. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the staff was. Very unorganized, how can you not know that the riblets were gone. SMH therefore I left.

Service so bad we couldn't get water and menus and left after half hour of waiting. I like Applebee's food in other cities but Bayshore location if filthy and oh so poorly run!

I ordered the pretzel sticks through uber eats. They ended up sending us frosting instead of cheese sauce. When I called to complain they said that “that's what uber eats told them to sendâ€.

Me and my siblings decided to go here and decided to never come back. Unwelcoming staff who were on their phones walking around and the part that gets me the most is the fact that I asked for a grilled cheese-- they didn't have it. Who doesn't have cheese and bread?! I ended up with chicken tenders instead. Very unprofessional and lazy workers!

I had hair in my food. Service is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!There is ALWAYS a wait even when place is empty. Greeters walk pass you, don't greet you. You got half the team in a huddle laughing and talking. Worse customer service I have ever experienced...I really don't know why this location is still open!!!
Excellent service, accommodating management, good location. Food was what you expect from this established chain. Old fries were replaced quickly with a much fresher batch upon request.

I had a remarkable waiter. My meal was not right at first and he made sure it was correct. He took are order which was very large and he remembere order with out writing it down. He was so kind. He made are stay very Pleasant I will return. I told him i had not been there in 6 yrs. The food was very good. ðŸ‘

Pretty nice atmosphere. I do enjoy the food for the most part. I usually order the cedar salmon with the choice of two sides. Nice waitresses and the management is very helpful.

This place has bad customer service me and my boyfriend were sat down at a table and we waited 20 minutes to get help and crazy part is the guy who sat us down clocked out and left the Applebee's. My boyfriend waved his hand at him and he turned his head and left we both pressed the server button several times and no one noticed our presence. So after all of this happened we just went next door to buffalo wild wings and enjoyed the food and better service.
