I recently visited Backlot at Bayshore it’s a beautiful establishment, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff was loud and obnoxious, creating an unpleasant atmosphere right from the start. Our waitress seemed unfamiliar with the menu, unable to answer basic questions about the dishes or cocktails.

There were two tables of two when we arrived. So we were third table of two. Took over half an our to het a glass of wine, which we requested when we sat down. There were three people behind the bar. More staff than patrons. Food was good, but service was super slow. Sooooo much time waiting with blaring music.
The service at this place is terrible. I got seated at a table with my friend and the manager of the restaurant took my order. We sat there for over an hour, waiting for our food.
