“Today we celebrated a 30th birthday at Ally’s; we were treated like royalty! We truly enjoyed the conference room; the bartender was top notch and she made sure we had everything we needed. “I love my visits to the Hyatt Regency Hotel Downtown Milwaukee due to the amazing service of Koty the bartender. He makes the most amazing custom cocktails that provide a truly enjoyable experience. He ask the flavors you like in addition to preferred alcohol. And then creates a masterpiece. He always delivers and keeps my coming back on a weekly basis for more with as many friends as I can get to come with me! He is a true gem to the hotel, bar and overall superior service!“
