The food is consistently fantastic. Service the same. I don't care for the whole wood and steel aesthetic, but that's just me. I come here once or twice a week for lunch, and am always very happy with my experience.
Also, they're the only place I know with Mr. Pibb Extra on tap. My favorite soda.

This is the worst location in Wisconsin, they need better staff who enjoy cooking and enjoy being more responsible for the customers. This location will not last long if they don't change soon with food prep and cleanliness. I will be going to a real Mexican restaurant or Qdoba until major changes are made at this location.

I’ve been going to Chipotle for years and this location was easily the worst. My burrito was tiny!!! The size of a taco bell burrito, for so much more! They really need to do some work with serving sizes. My friend also got a salad that had several romaine ends in it, come on Chipotle. I know you can do so much better.

The food is fine but they never get it right. I’ve been here three times and the order always has something wrong with it. Missing ingredients or wrong ingredients is the biggest issue. I’ll go to the one on Ogden instead. The inattentive employees are going to kill this location.

My family got there a 8:15 pm and we would told right always that they were close by one of the stuff members. The sign clearly said close at 10 pm. If they didn't want to serve us could have just told us really lazy worker really disappointed.
on sunday 8/25 at approximately 8:15pm my family and i walked in the restaurant. the door was unlocked and the store hours said open til 10pm. while we were walking in, one of the workers said that they were closed. taking it as they didn’t want to serve us, we left and didn’t give them our money. culver’s, next door, gave us way better service and treated us like humans. stay away from this location!

The service was terrible and the twocooks using their cellphone in their hands I ask for fresh steak for my burritos because I saw the container that it was in was completely empty. So the cook says we will be preparing some shortly but it never happen. I gave the one star for that. That I was star that was there but I didn't get any star customers services. This had to be bad for my Wife she was displeased and even complaining about the services this is unusual for her to complain.

No shade to the employees, but they often miss the fine print. They left out four ingredients (pico, cheese, guacamole, sour cream) from my food! This happens all the time unless I order in person.
** I'm a huge fan of Chipotle, but this location is utterly horrible. As someone who works in food service, I can see that this location has huge accuracy and customer service issues. You'd expect a newer location to have HIGH standards in training, food safety, and customer service, as these are critical for sales. The GM or district manager of this store really needs to get it together because they could do much better.
