It has been a very long time since I have experienced a superb restaurant serving exotic Nepalese dishes. Sometimes memories are hard to compete with. Most actual dishes just do not dance on your palate the same way you remembered them. Surprised to hear that Cafe Everest was so close to my travel area, I decided to give them a try.
