It has been a very long time since I have experienced a superb restaurant serving exotic Nepalese dishes. Sometimes memories are hard to compete with. Most actual dishes just do not dance on your palate the same way you remembered them. Surprised to hear that Cafe Everest was so close to my travel area, I decided to give them a try. This place has Chinese and napalese resturant at same place so do not get confused while parking. The food was good. Momo felt fresh. Service was quick. Chai Tea was kind of underwhelming.
This place is a hidden gem. A very obscure restaurant tucked away in a typical strip mall offers some of the most delicious and tender dumplings you can find.
