I got the Swiss burger it was so fresh it exploded. I’m not even mad about he stains in my car. Absolutely the best burger I’ve had in my life. No where else. Hall made it with this one

Culver’s all pretty much look the same and taste the same, but for some reason this particular Culver’s looks really really cool. They really take care of their grounds. The place was clean. The staff was extremely happy. Definitely was a nice experience. Food was great as always.

Jerren was extremely friendly at the register. She was smiley, greeted everyone when they came in and out and got our order perfectly. Even gave my granddaughter a big scoop of sprinkles on her free icecream. (At Culvers - Bayshore in Glendale, WI)

Every time there's always something Wrong. This time no sauces for the tenders. Even though they were requested in the pick up order. Grilled cheese was inedible. One side was not even burnt but looked like it had been grilled without butter. Like it was so tough and brown like a pancake color and you couldn't even bite into it without having to tear it like an animal to take a bite. Ugh so done

Ordered a single butter burger with lettuce, tomato & ketchup. Extremely simple. Received burger with a ridiculous amount of mayo and pickles. Awesome.

Manager Colby is the rudest person i have ever encountered at a restaurant or fast food location. Usually, the customer service there is great, but at my last visit as a customer through the drive-through, at the Culver's bayshore location in Glendale WI, manager Colby used an aggressive tone and literally yelled at me. I could not believe it.That is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed, let alone been a victim of myself. He didn't listen and bragged that he was the general manager and there was no one above him to file a complaint. He was so rude from the moment i pulled to the window that i ended up just canceling my order and driving away instead of entertaining his violent attitude and fighting stance . I will never frequent this location again as long as this person, manager Colby, is still employed there as an employee, but especially as the general manager. Re-training and/or discipline is definitely required in this case .
