The culver's at Bayshore is my favorite one in town. My order is always right, the food is always good, and it's always ready quickly. It's also much easier to navigate out of the lot than two of the other popular locations in the area, even during meal rush.
Today Jaylen (I think that was his name? If I spelled wrong I'm sorry) rang me up and he did a great job, he was proactive in asking if I had an allergy (I do), followed good procedures of getting the attention of a manager, and was very helpful with the new reward system.

The employees at the drive thru greet you with “what can we make fresh for you today” and are very positive even at 9:30 at night food is just as good as any other Culver’s five green and yellow stars go pack go

I love Culvers but this was my first time at this location and the experience was awful. I did curbside pickup and the food was 20 minutes late. Everyone in drive thru was taken care of, even those arriving after me, before my order was ready. I had to check inside for the order multiple times despite curbside pickup. They did not include any of the 3 sauces with our order and left off EVERY TOPPING of the deluxe burger. Food was cold and soggy when we got it. Very disappointing and won't be coming here again.

Worst Culver experience of a lifetime. Lukewarm burgers. Cheese between the lettuce and tomato. Second burger completely missing the requested ketchup and mayo. Compounded by the staff putting the onion rings and french fries in the bag upside down.
