Normally we order in person and staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is always very well prepared too. I did have an issue with my order once and management was very quick to resolve. We’ve been eating here for a long time now and quality has always been consistent, which is not the norm for other restaurants in the area. I ordered delivery for the first time today and food was great and driver was early!

I hate leaving bad reviews for places. But this one needs it. I have been to this Fresh fin many times. Me and my son just went here for lunch. As we finished ordering, we see the 2 young ladies waiting to make orders sitting on the ground. Not a great impression to leave someone that is about to make your food by putting your hands on the ground as you get up to make our bowls. Then we get our bowls and get home. The orders were completely messed up for me and my son, and then my spicy tuna bowl has literally all rice and 5 pieces of tuna in it.
Very disappointing.

Waited close to 3-4 minutes for anyone to walk over to counter. After placing order they told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait even though no one else was there.

My wife and I are very picky eaters constantly seeking for the right balance between textures, flavours, choices…I am not usually a big fan of Pokébowls but this blew us away. Will come back ! And please come to downtown Chicago !!
Spicy Tuna poke bowl was delicious. It's mostly self serve in the restaurant, but it was a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was kind to my older father.
Wheelchair accessibility: On the first floor and fairly open. Maybe tight for big electric wheelchairs.
Was a bit sceptical as we didn't realize the restaurant was located in a shopping center. The food was surprisingly good and service was friendly. Would go back if in the area.

Located conveniently next to Target at Bayshore Mall, this place is perfect if you're hungry after doing some shopping. I really like the Spicy Tuna bowl which is a generous serving size. It seems like they can be super busy though, so be prepared to wait a bit and chat with your friends while it's getting prepared. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My only minor issues were things that they can't really control which is the sunlight since the windows let in a lot of light and noise level of noisy teens walking by...
Overall, food was very good and the location is very convenient! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
