Pizza is good. Service sucks. Nobody acknowledges you when you do a good thing like saying Thank You. Best thing to do is order online and pick up. And, do not make eye contact! The busier they are, the slower they go. Just like the DMV. The manager is worse than the employees. It's a great job market out there right now. If you do not like the job, leave!

I received a notification from the Papa Murphy's app that they had a coupon for me in honor of Pi Day 2022. The amount I had to spend to get the discount was a bit higher than I wanted to spend, but 31.4% off is a great deal and we could have some leftovers for later in the week. After more than 15 minutes of trying to find things that the coupon would actually work for, I gave up and just decided to get a single pizza, screw the coupon. I went through the entire ordering process to be told that the store was closed. At 5 pm. On a Monday. Which is also Pi Day. We went with Topper's instead.

Didn't wait long at all for my order. Pizza made great but the pre-made garlic cheese sticks were poorly made. Didn't end up eating them as it was pretty much only a little cheese and dough.

I went there about 5:45 PM on a Tuesday they were supposed to be open till 8 PM. They were three employees in the store but they said they wouldn't be making any pizzas or taking any more orders for the rest or tomorrow. Then declined to take my order and still took someone else's!

I went into Papa Murphy's 6150 N. Port Washington Rd in Glendale at 5:34pm. Upon walking to the counter to order I was told they can't take any more orders because they are closing because of being short staffed; understandable. As I was walking out, a woman came in behind me and tried to place an order. She was asked if she had an online order. She said no I'm trying to order now. The employee told her the same thing she told me. I walked on out and sat in my car (parked right in front of the door). As I was waiting for my husband to come out of the store next door, I watched them make the lady's pizza after turning me away. I was extremely livid! I am a consistent patron of Papa Murphy's and have never had such horrible service and wouldn't wish this type of service on anyone. If employees don't want to work they shouldn't be employed! 1/11/22

Every time I come here the hours are changing and are unpredictable. The staff is rude. Once I came in I was told they will not take my order. I asked well do I have to order online? (Obviously a immediate tactic to get me to walk out but I stayed and order online.The point is if your are so mad about this job then why work here. We all have issues with are job but that’s no reason to blame the customers.01/07/22 5:40 pm5 people working tonight only 2 of them making pizza

Customer service was terrible. Took the girl 5 minutes to put in one large pizza order. Seemed like the employees also pushed back my slip. I was the only customer in there and six pizzas were made before mine with nobody coming in to claim them. FIGHT almost broke out between two employees that were cussing at eachother. NEVER coming back to the Glendale location. Pizza almost fell out of wrapping do to poor skills.

Went in to Glendale location around 3:45 today. One employee sweeping behind counter. I was the only customer in the store at that time. Totally ignored for a good minute then the employee looks up and says, "she'll be right with you". "She" I assumed, was another employee. Waiting and waiting and no one takes my order. Sweeper girl just standing in doorway to back of store and I can hear another person on what sounds like a personal phone call. Waited another five minutes then left. Oh and the sweeper employee kept wiping her nose with on her shirt (and had no gloves on)
Great job on the pizza. The cookie dough was lousy. Friendly employees.

The pizza is good but lord the staff! I dont know what happened last Friday but it was pure chaos....45 minutes waiting for them to get it together.......where is the manager?

Ordering online was great! BUT when my husband showed up to pick it up at the Glendale location, it was once again (for the 3rd time) short on toppings. My husband said something about it to the woman who handed it to him and she laughed at him! Really??!! We will not be going back to that location! In general Papa Murphy's has been great; maybe it's going downhill too! ?

They need a better system for preparation in this place. I thought if I was there in person early, there would not be a problem. I was the only customer in the store I placed my order and was told 10 to 15 minutes. I waited while the The man who ordered behind me and 2 others who came in after me were served. When I questioned this, awoman who works there, told me "he's working on it. " When I finally got it, no apologies offered by anyone, just a sheepish look and " have a good day." Do better!
