Pizza Hut Express

Door Dash delivery. Pizza was greasy, toppings were hard and tasted old like the personal pan pizza sat on counter for hours. Breadsticks tasted like that had been sitting in grease.
I will not purchase any pizza from the East side location any time soon. I just purchased a ROA's pepperoni pizza and it was absolutely delicious. This was a frozen pizza

I have no idea why this location is still open. Ordered pizza for delivery yesterday and got an email saying it’ll be here by 7:45! I called the store a little before 8:30 when I realized the pizza still wasn’t delivered yet. I called the store 5-6x before I had to leave my house to drive there and see why they weren’t answering and where my order was. I get there before 9 p.m. and the location is closed. So, I got an email stating my pizza was on its way and the money was taken out of my account, but no pizza!!! I left a message at the corporate office and of course, no one got back to me. I eventually called the store today, November 2nd and asked for a manager and explained what had happened. He let me know the manager on duty last night decided to close early without permission. For the inconvenience, he gave me a credit for my order. I go and order this evening and was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes.. as we’re sitting in the parking waiting for our order 45 minutes pass... we go in to check on the order, just to find out our wings were done but our pizza hadn’t been made yet! (LOL) So, I’m not sure why they decided to make my wings first and pizza last. They are unorganized, slow paced, and their customer service sucks. Why hasn’t corporate come in to make the proper changes to satisfy paying customers? You’re losing business!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered 2 Large pizzas and an order of breadsticks for family that was coming over FOR MY BIRTHDAY. Ordered at 5:32pm, email confirmation said it would be delivered at 6:20pm. I got a text alert saying that the order was on its way at 6:15. A half hour later the order had still not arrived so I decided to call to see when it would be delivered. When I called I got put on hold two different times, and then the second person I talked to told me I was being rude for questioning my order. His exact words were “i dunno if you’ve ever ordered from us before but Friday nights are usually pretty busy, but if you’re going to be rude you can order from somewhere else.” NOTE: He never told me when my order would be arriving and then hung up on me. Another NOTE: it is now 7:00pm and my order is still not here and I have no idea when it’s coming. NOT HAPPY.
