This was our first time dining here and our server, Don, was very friendly and helpful with giving us recommendations. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the option of having two menus/cuisines to choose from. I definitely recommend giving this place a try, and I look forward to coming back here again!

Please note there is NO LUNCH BUFFET.The information here in Google maps states there is a buffet. It is wrong.I hadn’t been in that area much recently and thought I would stop by for lunch yesterday. When I saw there was no lunch buffet I left. Disappointed.Pre pandemic the food was good and the service was excellent.

Very disappointing experience. First time there. We walked in and were not greeted for 20 minutes. It took even longer to get water. The first dish did not come out for over an hour and we were disappointed at the portions and quality of the food. We ordered plenty of food for 3 people, yet were left hungry at the end of the meal despite spending 300kr + per person. Disappointing to say the least after seeing some of the other reviews. I highly recommend not going to this abysmal establishment

This used to be a really great Chinese food restaurant now it is horrible food low quality crabby employees and an empty restaurant everyday when I used to go there it was full everyday and when we complained about the food being spoiled the chicken was way past anytime it should have been served she literally was like everybody likes our food and there was no one in the restaurant

Definitely upset with my experience. I didnt have money to waste. The food (egg for young) was absolutely disgusting! I had to throw it away. It had imitation shrimp, was burnt, and overloaded with onions. The chicken was like pieces of dog food, no lie. They needed to be inspected by food administration.

So bad and so disappointing! We had been coming here for over 40 years, back when it was Sun Toy. After covid, quality of food went downhill. We decided to try it out on New Year's Eve. Disappointing mistake. Egg rolls were dry and tasteless. Duck sauce could not save them. Hot and sour soup had no meat and very little else in it. And it was RED, not the normal brown color. Pork fried rice had some pork, one shriveled bean sprout, one sliver of egg, soy sauce to color it brown, and nothing else!! The Chrispy Sesame Chicken was soggy, in a thick, unidentifiable sweet sauce. The General Tso Chicken was exactly the same, with the addition of a sprig of broccoli! We tried to eat it but ended up tossing it in the garbage.
Great overall experience. Food was delicious, attentive service, and a great variety of dishes on the menu. I ordered a Nepali dish while my folks, niece and nephew ordered from the Chinese food menu. Everyone was satisfied and there was plenty of food for everyone. Highly recommend!

I used to order from here a lot in the 80s and 90s. I've been so disappointed with all of the Chinese places in the area recently so I thought I'd check it out again. Just not a good experience. I arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time and was the only customer in the restaurant, yet my food was not ready. Waited another 5, not a big deal. But as I discovered when I returned home, they had committed the cardinal sin of takeout! THEY DID NOT LABEL ANY OF THE FOOD. We had 2 different kinds of fried rice and egg foo young in our order. It was such a thrill to have to pick through an egg foo young patty to see if it was pork or shrimp! And that egg foo young was packaged WITH the gravy in the container with the patties! No one serves it like that for takeout. The gravy should always be packaged separately. No wonder it was all watery and not gravy-like at all! So then, after all of that, the food was bland and we ended up throwing away most of it. Another once good place gone downhill.

We ate at Mount Everest, which shares the space with Royal Garden. It was a great experience! Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable about the entire menu. He made great recommendations! The food was hot and delicious and made quickly. We definitely plan on dining here again soon!
