The quality of service I received depends on which employees are working. Some are better than others but most are good. The popping boba is what makes the drinks fun to get in the summer on a hot day.

Love the peach tea

Absolutely love this place! Every time we are in the area we stop, more often than we should. Been to many boba tea places and SereniTea has by far the best flavors and quality for milk teas! Rose and Honeydew milk teas are our favorites!

I have not been here for awhile and decided to make a trip. It was low traffic in the business and the fruit tea was made in less than 30 seconds. Sadly the quality of this specific location has gone down. I got a fruit tea and the drink tasted terrible. The tea in the drink tasted like old tea that was brewed yesterday. Could not even finish the boba fruit tea.

I prefer the MochiRing down the street

I'm new to the area and went for for the first time today. I was so excited to treat my husband and myself to some boba. We were both SUPER disappointed! My classic milk tea was bland, watery, totally lacking in flavor. My husband's strawberry tea was undrinkable! The strawberry tasted bitter and nothing like strawberry. He couldn't finish it and I honestly couldn't either. Service was fine and atmosphere was okay. I guess if you've never had boba before, you might enjoy what's served? But we didn't and I'm still on the lookout for a good boba place in MKE.

Bubble tea here is almost always a win! Staff is pretty awesome as well. The only downside is that they're often out of a lot of what's on the menus...

Got the strawberry mango smoothie and it felt like i was drinking vape juice. It tasted 100% artificially flavored and if you let it sit for a minute it separated and left a foam on top and weird yellow syrup on bottom. Scary. Also the workers seemed like they hated their life

Passionfruit tea with passionfruit burstings is my absolute favorite. Pricing is reasonable $5-$7 per cup. They're usually unable to make either milkshakes or smoothies or something, but tea is usually always available. My boyfriend loves the tapioca and has tried almost all of the milk teas, which are all good, but the ones with two flavors combined are usually the most flavorful.

Parking: Free parking garage is pretty far into the mall. Free parking lot is around the block with Kohls and Target lots. Street parking is usually available, expect when it's packed on weekends.

Wheelchair accessibility: Store is street level, so should be able to roll right in from the sidewalk.

I'd recommend the rose and butterfly pea lemonades with rainbow jellies. The taro milk tea was okay
