Normal Starbucks, staff is kind and helpful. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because their iced drinks at this location are often lukewarm. The staff mentioned the ice machine they have has very pebble like ice which often melts when they add the espresso. Would encourage higher ups to look at getting a different ice machine so that iced drinks are actually iced!

15 minute wait on a single drink at 930AM? A bit extreme and zero acknowledgement of people who’ve been waiting long periods of time. A “sorry for a the wait” goes a long way especially with the number of people working. Won’t be back at this specific location.

They messed up my drink in the drive through today, but remade it without any hassle. Due to recent Corporate decisions to close stores, they are being overrun and are understaffed. Kudos to this group for being positive and controlling what they can while the company goes through changes.

We LOVE our queen Kim who helped us decide what to get! She was so kind and enthusiastic. She loved talking to us and hearing our thoughts on her recommended drinks! Kim gave amazing service to us and everyone else there was amazing!
Any other day I would give a 1000 stars but today at 7:20 PM they were cleaning the coffee machines and did not have coffee. They offered me another option...... pour over I don't like pour overs they don't taste right to me...... I don't understand why they were cleaning the machines if they closed at 8p
