I love this location as it is close to my work and they are always so friendly. Shout out to Sarah who covered my drink today, after I realized my $10 bill fell out of my pocket on the way there, trusting that I will be back shortly to pay them back. Excellent customer service. I hope a manager sees this!
I stopped by Starbucks on the 4th of July to satisfy a strong pregnancy craving, and let me just say—Sara the barista delivered! She was the only one making orders, but you wouldn’t know it by how efficiently and calmly she was cranking out 5-10 drinks at a time. She had a great attitude the whole time and made my holiday treat extra special. Huge shoutout to Sara for holding it down like a pro! 🙌🏼💚
The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I've never had any issues and my order is always ready on time if not sooner- impressive considering how busy they are when I order. Whatever they are being paid is not enough.
This Starbucks location is small but welcoming, with friendly employees and customers. The staff, including Ellen, are always smiling and provide great customer service. The food is consistently good and drinks are made to order. Even when mistakes happen, like a spilled drink, the manager goes above and beyond to rectify the situation. However, the online system can sometimes be unreliable, causing delays in ordering. Despite this, the staff's positive attitude makes up for any inconvenience.
