Service varies significantly from phenomenal to horrific. Oftentimes, it is slow and employees are rude. The woman at the window around 2:30 pm today (March 11th, 2024) has very sassy behavior and a major negative attitude. This person was incredibly unfriendly and seemed she doesn’t want to deal with anyone or anything. Taco Bell is Taco Bell, so I won’t speak to the food; it’s the same everywhere. They do attempt to rush you while ordering, which makes it easy to forget something, or they cut you off before you’re done ordering. They do not accommodate to customers on the results of their behavior for this either - they angrily refuse to fix the order that they messed up. Additionally, they don’t seem accommodating to disabilities, based on my experience at this location plus having experience with my own disabilities along with others with disabilities whom I’m close to. Service depends on the day: sometimes, it is exceptional and they’re nice. Some employees will be very apologetic if they forgot to give you part of your order, and they will quickly resolve the issue with positive demeanor. We once received an order missing one item, and the man at the window was very kind and courteous in assisting this mistake. He seemed to be a very positive contributor to the workplace. Other times, the employees are unwelcoming and mess up the orders. They can be careless and disrespectful, as I mentioned above. It is, however, a decent location because it is overall better than some other places’ service.Vegetarian options: There are a few options to look for.Dietary restrictions: Difficult to accommodate.Parking: Few spots.Kid-friendliness: Not friendly.

Don’t get me started on this Taco Bell. It’s very hard to find a Taco Bell where the workers ACTUALLY want to work ! But this location let me tell you , I don’t know if it’s just the night shift people but according to the drive thru speaker it’s “closed” and then when I do get someone’s attention it’s by accident, they end up hitting there mic so I know someone’s working . Not only that but there has been MULTIPLE times where they’re “supposedly” only taking mobile app or DoorDash order etc . My recent visit was a female employee blocking the drive through cleaning out her car ? like come on now . But also was only taking online orders . This place needs new management or just a completely different team working at night . But I will give credit to the ones who actually have good customer service there .

This is the best Taco Bell in the area. The food is always delicious, and the staff is amazing. They are very friendly, always have a smile on their face, and make sure you are satisfied with the service. I highly recommend it.

I placed an order through their app, walked in to pick up my food and they told me I had to leave the dining room because they ‘closed’ it. This was at 2:20pm Monday February 5th. They asked me to go through the drive thru and I told them I didn’t have my car because I walked from work. They insisted that I leave, or they could get in trouble for having the Dining room open. They then made me exit the dining room, and locked the door behind me, forcing me to walk through the drive-through to pick up my food. I then went, explained it to the driver that was in the drive-through what the situation was, and she told me to go ahead of her. then, the lady at the window rudely told me that my food wasn’t done, and I had to go after the car. Then, waited between two running vehicles, waiting for my food at the window, She thrust my food at me, and then slammed the window. I insisted that I didn’t get my drink, I had to wait even longer, standing outside of the drive-through window, and then she handed my drink to me I’ve had rough and kind of a bad service at this location before, but one of the managers was extremely kind to me for years, but this was absolutely unacceptable and I feel like probably illegal?

They open at 8:00am they always change the time or either not taking orders but mobile orders which mean I can’t get any food then they change the time there open which is a whole 30 mins after they open just

To my most recent trip I ordered the cantina burrito combo and an additional burrito. They failed to include more than half of my order. It is annoying to have paid nearly 15 dollars for food that they failed to include. Do not go to this Taco Bell location if you want to receive everything you ordered.

There was a mishap where I was charged for my meal but charge twice andy card declined. The person in the window was rude accusing and acting like I was being rude even though I very calmly was trying to figure out how to fix the situation. Will not go back to rude customer service even though I remained calm while they all yelled at me.

(Uber Eats Order)From what i was told, the restaurant was giving my delivery driver issues, which ultimately resulted in the driver coming a little later than i expected. (It's okay, not his fault). Other than that, food was lackluster. Steak Quesadillas barely had any steak, and I was able to taste the mildly burnt exterior more so than the internal ingredients. Food was very low quality. Brisk Dragon Sparkling Tea tasted and looked like Water with purple food coloring and had a very bitter and sour aftertaste with a hint of grape. Not to mention the chalupa barely had any flavor. The Nacho fries were surprisingly good in comparison to rest of the food, which would be a compliment, IF they weren't mildly cold. The cinnamon delights had a hard crust as if they were just pulled from the microwave and had been sitting there for 30 minutes or so, and the taste of it was just not hitting the same AT ALL. I've had experience ordering from this location in the past, and they made everything to near perfection, im not sure if its the evening /mid-day that does it better than the night shift , but my excitement was high, and my outcome was low. Probably wont be ordering from this location further.

We just ordered here and were absolutely appalled by the rude service. We pulled up to the drive thru window, asked for just a moment before ordering, and then was told “we’re on a timer” and rushed us to order. There wasn’t even anyone in front of us or behind us. On top of that, the chicken was dry and freeze tasted like the machine hasn’t been cleaned recently. I’m not typically one to write negative reviews, especially about fast food, but this was just awful. We’ve been to this location maybe times, but we will not be coming back after this experience.

I used to stay away from this place but they’ve really turned it around. The new management and employees are great, and the food is among the best of any tbell in mke. Just ordered for delivery and ordered something that wasn’t available off an un updated menu so they sent me this in place of it!
