Service varies significantly from phenomenal to horrific. Oftentimes, it is slow and employees are rude. The woman at the window around 2:30 pm today (March 11th, 2024) has very sassy behavior and a major negative attitude. This person was incredibly unfriendly and seemed she doesn’t want to deal with anyone or anything. Taco Bell is Taco Bell, so I won’t speak to the food; it’s the same everywhere. This is the best Taco Bell in the area. The food is always delicious, and the staff is amazing. They are very friendly, always have a smile on their face, and make sure you are satisfied with the service. I highly recommend it.

I used to stay away from this place but they’ve really turned it around. The new management and employees are great, and the food is among the best of any tbell in mke. Just ordered for delivery and ordered something that wasn’t available off an un updated menu so they sent me this in place of it!
