Good food and service, but prices are high for the quality. They don't have handicapped entrances. Nearly couldn't get our wheelchair through the very tall and heavy doors. Observation... the hosts haven't been trained to assist handicapped people.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. Really heavy doors and hosts don't open the door for you even when you're pushing someone in a wheelchair. Had to knock and get her attention for help.

Absolutely toke forever, their food was freezing and stale. I asked for no cilantro and got it and when I told the waiter she got a attitude and I didn’t even get my food taken off the bill after talking to the manager

the food and atmosphere was great. A variety of food/ drink options. everything we ate was delish! the service on the other hand was horrible from the time we was greeted by the hostess team until we was seated. Had to ask to be moved because our waitress was unresponsive and kept looking at us as if to say “why are you in my section” finally got the manager and was moved to a section with a waitress that was there to work. bought a whole cheesecake for the family and it was amazing.

My husband and I have always consistently had bad experiences with The Cheesecake Factory so 2 years ago we decided to stop going. Here we are 2 years later and thought why not give them another shot…hopefully after 2 years something had to get better right? WRONG.We chose to go to the Glendale location and the experience was the worst one we’ve had. We initially stopped going because the food was below average and over priced but this visit really took the cake for us. To start, the restaurant reeks of sewage and you can smell it the whole time you’re eating. The bread was hard as a rock. We ordered an appetizer which was fine but when it came to our actual meals is where it started taking a turn.My husband ordered a bacon burger…basic but $19…way overpriced! I ordered Steak Diane w/Salmon. The manager brings our food out and immediately apologizes because they made my meal wrong. Instead of making salmon they made shrimp. She assured me they were still making the salmon that I ordered. I was understanding. When she put my plate down, I was in shock to see 3 shrimp and literally 4 little pieces of steak! For $28 I could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and got a 19oz Ribeye and another protein w/2 sides! The shrimp tasted terrible! Eventually the salmon was brought out. It also was a very small portion. So either way if you ordered the steak/shrimp or steak/salmon it was WAY overpriced for the portion size. My husbands burger was fine.Our server made her way back to us and we ordered 2 slices of cheesecake to go and asked for a box for my husbands burger. She takes his plate (not sure if they box it for you or you box it yourself but at that point assuming they do it for you) and then returns with our cheesecakes and the bill. My husband asked her where his burger was and she acted very shocked and said she would go check on it. I immediately said to my husband “I bet you she threw your food out”. Not to my surprise, here comes the manager again with our bill ($109). She begins to say how bad she feels and states that the server did in fact throw his food out instead of boxing it up. She offers to have the meal remade or to comp our cheesecakes. At this point we’re ready to go and didn’t want to be there another minute longer so we agreed to the comp cheesecake. We paid the final bill after the comp cheesecake and as we walked out we both agreed that The Cheesecake Factory would NEVER get another penny from us.The server and manager were nice but nice isn’t enough when our experience was trash. Thanks but no thanks.

Our server was FANTASTIC! We already gave her manager our praises of her. Our first time eating there. We drove from fox cities to Glendale just to try it. Our food was delicious! I had the chicken mediera with extra mushrooms, and my husband had the mac n chz burger with fries. Food was incredible! Peach lemonade was also very good! Best lemonade Ive ever had. We also got 7 cheesecake slices to go for various family members, in all different flavors, and they were all so good! Will be doing another road trip for sure! Please build a location in Appleton!!!
Yesterday, 3/23/24 I ordered the shrimp and steak DianeAnd two orders of stuff mushrooms.The mushrooms I ordered one after another while waiting on the food. They were both great but slightly different, but still great. By the time shrimp, steak and mashed potatoes came they were not hot at all. In fact the last time I came to this particular location which was a while ago my food was cold again. None I won’t be returning

I was having dinner with my family last night and started to hear a commotion near the front door. Everyone was looking trying to see what was going on and it looked like the manager was escorting someone out. A few hours later I get home and I’m scrolling through my socials and come across a live code to see that was in fact NOT what happened. The manager was harassing, antagonizing and disrespecting a door dash driver. She had made a comment directly to him saying how she didn’t realize how long she had been waiting. She wasn’t rude or disrespectful. On the live you can hear her thank him for helping since she’d been waiting a while. His response, “I don’t care how long you’ve been waiting, lose your f’n attitude. Without a response, she turned to walk out. He followed her out the door being rude and disrespectful the entire time, telling her how she had to take the order because they were about to close and there was no time to wait for another driver. She ignored him and kept walking, that’s when he went to threats. This video is all over social media. This is not a good look for you all

My husband and I were just heading to this location to grab a late night snack before you all closed. As we approached the door, there is a young lady leaving the property with a male in plain clothes following close behind her. He’s repeating himself over and again, you need to get this order, you have to take this order. I’m typical fashion I pull my phone out to record the situation. The lady is telling him she’s leaving because he can’t talk to her like that. I’m not sure what was said to make her want to leave, I hadn’t made it inside but he follows that up by saying, “take the order of you’ll be fired by tonight”We chose not to go in. He called her several horrible names and told her he would ban her from the store before she yelled out IDGAF…why is staff following ppl to the door for ANY reason. Unless she was running out on her bill, that shouldn’t have happened.

The closing manager tonight yelled and used very vile language to a young lady there to pick up a door dash because she refused to take an order after he disrespected her. She attempted to walk away from the situation, without the order she already said she wasn’t going to take and he followed behind her cussing and threatening to take her job because she wouldn’t stand there and take the disrespect. I will NEVER patronize this business again. I was there with my children. That behavior is disgusting. She asked him multiple times not to follow her and he kept asking was she refusing to take the order. She said yes I’m refusing, that’s why u see me leaving when he then lost it. She NEVER deserved to be disrespected or called out her name. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
