I now understand why they have a 1.4 star rating. I ordered breakfast from the mobile app at 10:20 am, so it allowed me to select breakfast items. I get to the restaurant at 10:32 am and they tell me they can’t give me food because I HAD to be there before breakfast ended despite the fact that I pre-ordered. The girl working the drive through was very rude. I mean come on, absolute insanity.
While most fast food places are very compliant with Covid precautions, McDonald’s in Grafton( off Port Washington rd) are NOT! As I went thru the drive thru, I see teen age workers working with masks under their chins or none at all.. disgusting!
