This is my goto starbucks in the grafton area, especially after earlier this week when after my card declined multiple times they gave me my food and drink on them. I had to replace my card but their generosity and kindness made that a much easier problem to handle.
I was doing school work in the dining area, and accidentally spilt my drink. A worker kindly helped me pick it up right away and offered me a free replacement drink. Was very nice of him.
Shauna, Jennifer, Cindy and Grace are some of the sweetest women I have ever met! Every time I come through the drive through they are smiling and always make my day better. I will always come back because of them!!
