Ordered takeout. Got home and half of our food was missing. Called and was told we would be credited for our missing items. Needless to say that never happened. With the outrageous prices of food these days it is unacceptable to not have orders correct and the food be below average at best. I won’t tolerate it and won’t ever go back to another Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. You’ve had your last strike.
We ordered take out. The website said it would be ready at 5:30. We had to sit there until after 6 to finally get our food. The place was pretty much empty. Service here is horrible.
We came here with friends on a Friday afternoon at 4. Waited quite a while to be seated, never got menus, took 15 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered the Long Island on the happy hour menu and somehow got top shelf long islands. After we got our food and bill, the bills were completely wrong. We got charged for the top shelf long islands after ordering the happy hour drinks. After bringing over a manager, she told us not to order more drinks even though we only had one...read full review
