Asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel lol. Not sure why they gave me crumbled bacon. Barely any at that. Never had an issue before. Pretty disappointed
Yesterday I came in to pick up a uber eats delivery and one of the items the customer requested was unavailable. I was a little flustered as the order was already very little paying and I couldnt get ahold of the customer to discuss a replacement. I tried to resolve the issue and somehow the app ended up booting me off the order, which as a delivery driver is very annoying as it was a waste of time and gas. The kind gentleman working at the counter (I wish I remembered his name) was extremely kind and gave me the cookie he was going to substitute in the order and told me that he hopes it makes my night a little better. It was a small gesture, but it honestly made me whole day!Staff always is so kind and cheery at this location! ❤️

I ordered delivery it took over an hour to receive my food ontop if that the driver delivered my order to mailboxes that everyone was has access to that was no where near where anyone lives I ended up having to drive to get my food then once I got my food the sandwich had barly anything in it and was disgusting very

I went through the drive-through and ordered a you pick two of broccoli cheddar soup and a Greek salad. The bowl of broccoli cheddar soup was filled only 2/3 of the way, so I went in and showed one of the employees behind the counter. He was very professional and accommodating, and he took care of the matter. The Greek salad had no Kalamata olives in it, which I didn’t notice until I got home. I’m not sure if it’s staffing issues or what, however, there always seems to be some sort of an issue with either service or food or atmosphere.

So me and my partner just got to our car to leave after eating, and Cheri came up to us in the cold to give us two cookies! I don’t know if we forget them with our order or she gave us two free ones, but either way we are thankful to her and Panera for that. If you see this Cheri, thank you!!
Haven't been here in years and I had a pleasant experience. The Southwest Chicken Melt and Oatmeal Raisin Berry Cookie were delicious. All of my food was prepared correctly and served warm. Aden was very friendly and helpful at the counter. I hope to be back again soon!

Every time I've visited this location over the last couple years, there has been an issue of some kind. I'll wait months before going back and then decide to try again thinking things must have improved but there's always issues. I don't plan to return again.

I don't know why it's so incredibly hard for you to listen to orders and then not mess them up but for some reason it is. Like you heard the order, repeated it to me, and then still managed to mess it up. Also, just stop lying. When I order something, then you tell me 1/2 of that order is out and I ask if you've started the other half don't lie and say you have. Especially when you then make me wait for it to be made.
