Yesterday I came in to pick up a uber eats delivery and one of the items the customer requested was unavailable. I was a little flustered as the order was already very little paying and I couldnt get ahold of the customer to discuss a replacement. I tried to resolve the issue and somehow the app ended up booting me off the order, which as a delivery driver is very annoying as it was a waste of time and gas. I went through the drive-through and ordered a you pick two of broccoli cheddar soup and a Greek salad. The bowl of broccoli cheddar soup was filled only 2/3 of the way, so I went in and showed one of the employees behind the counter. He was very professional and accommodating, and he took care of the matter. The Greek salad had no Kalamata olives in it, which I didn’t notice until I got home. So me and my partner just got to our car to leave after eating, and Cheri came up to us in the cold to give us two cookies! I don’t know if we forget them with our order or she gave us two free ones, but either way we are thankful to her and Panera for that. If you see this Cheri, thank you!!
