“Yesterday I came in to pick up a uber eats delivery and one of the items the customer requested was unavailable. I was a little flustered as the order was already very little paying and I couldnt get ahold of the customer to discuss a replacement. I tried to resolve the issue and somehow the app ended up booting me off the order, which as a delivery driver is very annoying as it was a waste of time and gas. The kind gentleman working at the counter (I wish I remembered his name) was extremely kind and gave me the cookie he was going to substitute in the order and told me that he hopes it makes my night a little better. It was a small gesture, but it honestly made me whole day!Staff always is so kind and cheery at this location! ❤️“

“We love this place not only for the most delicious food but Shannon and her staff are the most friendliest people you ever would ever want to meet. Shannon is the loveliest lady and we just love her and this wonderful cafe and the sweetest gal (sorry, I don’t remember her name) who runs the register. And the food, my gosh is amazing! From the scones, to the soup, to the homemade chicken pot pie, it’s all superb! On a personal note, we have made a friend in this awesome place and owner! They treat everyone like they are family coming to visit on a holiday. I cannot say enough about how much we love this cafe and Shannon. Five stars!!!!“

“This was an unexpected delightful experience, one would think the industrial modern interior with hints of postmodern to be lighting to this vast space. The coffee is dark and delicious, the lattes are creamy tasty and full of flavor! The quiche was crispy, firm and tasted like homemade. The enlarged map of Appleton is a delightful touch and find once you stumble across it. The cutlery is heavy enough to make your grandparents proud!Remember to not judge a book by it's cover and pop in to discover this great space.“

“Went here for my wife's birthday and absolutely loved it! Wouldn't recommend the macrons. 2.50 each for very low quality. Everything else was good. Loved the fresh fruit and the playtime with the kittens and cats! Tornado was adorable!“

Protein bites are made daily, I always look forward to the flavors of the day. Not a fan of shakes? There's coffee as well as straight aloe vera (mango, cranberry, mandarin, original), aloe helps soothe your stomach and promotes digestive health. Warning! If you don't enjoy a judgement free, positive vibe zone, this isn't for you.Short back story: I suffer from multiple autoimmune diseases, Crohn's being the main one, not only does eating become painful at times, but you can "have your cake and eat it too" without the guilt. The shakes are equivalent to a meal, they are indeed filling. I usually order a large mandarin aloe to drink later throughout the day. “Zuppa's is like an upscale cafeteria. Its menu is typical cafe style, with a fusion of American and Mediterranean items. Portions are generous. The homemade potato chips are delicious! A nice place for lunch, I've ordered catering food from there, which is always a hit with guests.“
