The Breadsmith of Green Bay, both on Holmgren Way and Cardinal Lane, have a very clean store, and a wide selection on their new menu. There are always helpful, friendly faces when you walk in.
The sweet breads are good, but the sourdough rolls and baguettes are terrible. The texture is nowhere near what it should be. They were spongy on the inside. Should have been hard and crackly on the outside, but it was squishy. Disappointed.
Bread like it should be made. Simple and fresh ingredients. Love the Buttertop, Spinach Feta and Potato Cheddar Chive. Can't forget the awesome sweets: pie breads, cookies and muffins-oh my!
