“I had an issue with the BK closest to my home threatening me after they messed up an order several time in a row. I couldnt get there website to work to file a complain so i called this location to ask about the district manager.
They were really kind and understanding and sent my complaint to them. They even offered to replace my order that the other location messed up, with no added cost.
This one is only a little bit further from my house, and will now be the BK i choose to go to from now on.“
