Never judge a book by its cover ... remember this saying ... well it applies here in spades. Oh damn. FANTASTIC burgers. Had the aged cheddar butter burger and it was perfection. Juicy and flavorful and doesn’t need a single condiment. My hubby had one of the burger specials and really enjoyed it even though it was messy. ? I don’t usually eat an entire burger but this was the best burger I have ever had-and I’ve had a LOT of burgers in my almost 50 years. I finished every bite. Pickles served on the side which is amazing because I love a good salty pickle chip...
Potato salad and rye bread were great, service excellent. Perch seemed to be pre-breaded packaged frozen and reheated. Walleye was overcooked, could have been rewarmed, skin on. Both were very fishy tasting. Drinks were not worth the money.
