Both times I’ve ordered through their website the order gets lost so they ask to look at the receipt and then they go over to where the online orders are printed and it’s there… alone with quite a few others. It’s just a tad annoying when I go later that when it’s supposed to be ready and it’s still not even started.

Stopped by a few minutes ago, I ordered few cups , once the lady got the waffle cup to put my ice cream inside and give it to me there were over 20 flies on the waffles window and she served it like nothing in there , had to ask her to remake another one without the waffle cup, and i paid almost $20 , but i just threw it I couldn’t eat it. Unfortunately my kids ate theirs so hopefully they don’t get sick

I've been to a handful of these cold stone creameries from baltimore to wisconsin this one is pretty much like all the other ones...u been to one you been to them all....i like how the ice cream is made. its a must try if u haven't. If your wondering about the picture i found it funny someone left that in the parking lot...maybe it was too cold to eat ice cream in green bay Wi so someone left it for someone else

I have only gone here once with my girlfriend just to see why it was like. The store was a bit of a mess with garbage overflowing out of the trash can and some tables were dirty. Two employees were arguing while they were serving customers which was not very professional and definitely a turn off.The prices seemed a bit high and the flavor I got was ok but not amazing.I think I will stick to Culver's. Their employees are polite and they keep things clean. Also the prices are better there.Maybe I'll try a different location sometime though.

Cold stone is by far my favorite place to grab ice cream. My favorite ice cream is peanut butter with salt caramel sauce, Went there today and got the most awesome service from an employee called Sarah. She went above and beyond to make sure me and my kids get what we want,She was friendly,helpful and made sure we had a great experience there. Definitely an amazing place to go for great customer service and delicious ice cream.

Worst customer service ever. 3 young ladies working couldn’t be bothered to get more of the pink cotton candy ice cream or at least give me what they had left in the case. I said that’s what I came for, I didn’t want anything else, and they went right to the next customer without even saying anything.

I always order the very vanilla shake. Why? Because it's very vanilla. But now Cold Stone creamery has decided to put caramel in the vanilla shake destroying the very vanilla name itself. Furthermore this location does not know how to put whipped cream on top of the shake.. it's either they don't put any in at all or they can't fill it up to the plastic dome designed to accommodate the cream... If you order for delivery it's a 50/50 shot whether your order will be satisfactory.

Service was shoddy and employees were talking with their friends while we waited. They were out of large cups and overfilled my shake which made a mess. My shake was also pretty watery and just not very good or what I’m used to from Cold Stone. Go to the one in Appleton if you end up there instead.
