Both times I’ve ordered through their website the order gets lost so they ask to look at the receipt and then they go over to where the online orders are printed and it’s there… alone with quite a few others. It’s just a tad annoying when I go later that when it’s supposed to be ready and it’s still not even started.

I've been to a handful of these cold stone creameries from baltimore to wisconsin this one is pretty much like all the other ones...u been to one you been to them all....i like how the ice cream is made. its a must try if u haven't. If your wondering about the picture i found it funny someone left that in the parking lot...maybe it was too cold to eat ice cream in green bay Wi so someone left it for someone else

I have only gone here once with my girlfriend just to see why it was like. The store was a bit of a mess with garbage overflowing out of the trash can and some tables were dirty. Two employees were arguing while they were serving customers which was not very professional and definitely a turn off.The prices seemed a bit high and the flavor I got was ok but not amazing.I think I will stick to Culver's. Their employees are polite and they keep things clean. Also the prices are better...read full review
