The place could use a refurbish. It’s very old inside and feels dirty even though it looked clean. There was only one employee working so he had to take the orders and then go and make them by himself, so staffing is an issue here too. I double checked my order before I left and a sandwich was incorrect. It was promptly replaced while the staff member profusely apologized. I've gone to this Cousin's locations so many times the lady who works register recognizes me now! I've never been disappointed in their food and have always had friendly encounters with the woman on register, and the food always comes out quickly!
