Care and detail went into my order. My fish sandwich was made well, my bag had 2 stickers on either side to keep it closed, my fries were the peeerfect crisp and warm, and my concrete mixer was not skimpy. I appreciate this location
Food is always delicious. There was one male staff member,(acted like a manager) directing staff in chaotic directions and rude to another customer. Someone spilled water on the floor and asked for a mop, he said, "I will take care of it." The water stayed there for 25 minutes, without a sign, before he delegated to another gal to mop it up. Another customer came back in to say they were missing a sandwich with the order. That customer had his receipt, but this guy told...
Better than amazing service! Friendly staff and an incredible experience. They were very busy tonight which is completely understandable that an item was forgotten but I called to get my burger. Not only did they make it right the employee in a very cool car delivered my item! Thank you for making it up to me! Beyond satisfied!
