This particular location on West Mason Street in Green Bay Wisconsin is pretty much the same as most Culver's locations. However, after repeated visits I find the service to be very slow even though there appears to be plenty of employees working. They tend to have only one register open no matter what time of the day I go in there creating a line clear back to the entrance doors. Care and detail went into my order. My fish sandwich was made well, my bag had 2 stickers on either side to keep it closed, my fries were the peeerfect crisp and warm, and my concrete mixer was not skimpy. I appreciate this location
Food is always delicious. There was one male staff member,(acted like a manager) directing staff in chaotic directions and rude to another customer. Someone spilled water on the floor and asked for a mop, he said, "I will take care of it." The water stayed there for 25 minutes, without a sign, before he delegated to another gal to mop it up.
