Great experience ordering catering online from Erbert and Gerbert's! I called day of to verify delivery time, and they were already on their way! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful. They even helped me load up my cart to take the food inside. Food tasted amazing, and everything arrived as expected.
I’ve been here a few times, always order and takeout right at the store. Never had an issue. This time however, I ordered for delivery. Will definitely not be doing so again. Got a cup instead of a bowl of mac and cheese (no biggie but it’s a whole $1 more for the extra that I didn’t get). My bfs sub is soggy, and they left out his and mine both bread middle thingy. Which is personally one of my favorite parts. Not the worst experience I’ve had somewhere but like…really...
Had a lady named Suzy assist and help me she was very polite and respectful and the food was good aswell definitely recommended for anyone looking to get fast great service at a budget friendly price. 😀
