Firehouse Subs Reviews
Worst experience ever. Do not go! we were disrespected and treated like second class citizens. Franchise owner calls to review the incident also starts cursing and supports its managers behavior
If you're thinking about going to this location do yourself a favor and just don't. Go to the one in Howard instead. I did and online order and went to pick it up. We walked in and there were only 2 tables eating. No one in line. We ordered and the order taker was rude, very unpleasant to deal with. It took about 30 minutes to get our 2 subs. There was no one else in line!! They were dry and skimpy. This is definitely not like other firehouse subs in the area. This place is trash.

Firehouse Subs at Oneida Center is a popular restaurant known for its satisfying subs, including the renowned Hook and Ladder sandwich. The service is generally prompt, and customers appreciate the well-packed take-out food. The crew is often described as outstanding, with clean work stations, fast and efficient service, and a polite demeanor, especially during the busy lunch hours on weekdays. However, there have been occasional reports of issues with the fountain drink machine, and a few customers have found the employees to be somewhat unfriendly. Despite these occasional drawbacks, Firehouse Subs remains a favorite fast food spot for many, particularly those passing through the area.
