Glass Nickel Pizza Co. – Green Bay

Was waited on quickly and the waiter and Host where very pleasent. Food was so delicous. Would recommend trying if you never had Glass Nickel pizza before. First time here and will come back again.

Good food and good service at a fair price. Can't ask for more than that. Favorite plzza place for us.

Update: thanks for the reply…. We visited again the next day, and everything was what I’d expect from GNP. Bartender was great, pizza was delicious.

Wow… always like GNP but today whole visiting Green Bay with my wife and kids. went through the online order process with a complex order, only to have the website tell me they weren’t accepting online orders!

Then tried calling the store, the phone rang a few times and then said the phone was not accepting messages because voicemail hasn’t been activated. Tried calling back three times - same thing. Disappointing.

Ordered a pizza with no cheese due to dairy allergy and it came with cheese. They tried saying we ordered it with cheese. Then they charged for the remake and sent it out for delivery when they said it would be ready for pick-up in 20 minutes.

Dry and overpriced pizza. The slices that actually had enough sauce on them were decent at best.

Unbelievable poor service! I was part of a group of 12 and 4th for ordering. My pizza order was no different in complexity as the others yet my pizza did not get served to me until after the others were done eating. The server kept telling me it was coming but that they were busy with delivery orders. My order was taken with the others so why was it not served with the others?
Then, the server would not discount my order stating that she didn't have the authority. Apparently, she did have the authority to charge my credit card the total bill plus an automatic gratuity. I was so angry (and hungry) and I could not wait to leave! On top of that, the pizza was so soggy and greasy. It was barely edible.

I will never return!

Came here for food and drinks... the pizza was good, not great, but good, but where this place really lacked was in service. The bartender just didn't want to be there and you could tell, bartenders and overall service are what maker a place thrive, in this case was the reason we left (on top of being dead on a Saturday).

Took about an hour and a half for my pizza to show up which was 40 min after estimated delivery stated on order receipt, and by the time it got here, it was colder than a Green Bay winter. I asked for it to be cut in squares, but it came barely hacked into weird triangles. Ended up having to grab my own pizza cutter just to make it look halfway normal and actually cut.

Between cutting it, reheating it, and trying to make it edible, I basically had to do my own prep just to eat dinner. For what I paid, I might as well have made the pizza myself. The flavor was fine once I salvaged it, but the service and prep were anything but a slice above.

If this is what they call delivery, they might wanna start actually delivering because all I got was a cold pizza. The only positive. Was the delivery driver. Who complimented my pumpkin carvings.
