Great location, clean rooms and most comfortable beds. Luxury amenities at a great price. Entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. My go to hotel next time.
Overall a decent hotel, however the difference is in the details. Rooms were overall nice but the showers in each room I stayed in could use a renovation the shower heads would be a cheap and fast fix the current ones have varying(low) water pressure and erratic streams, and in my room the door literally fell off as I tried to close it. The plumbing on the toilets was also very weak however I will say the AC was great!
What you would expect from a Holiday Inn. The issue was room 338 needs a new bat tub. The porcelain on the bottom of the tub was weak, sagged, and therefore cracked and rusted. (Forgot to take a picture.) Did not think it could be sanitary! Otherwise, it’s your typical HI room.
