What you would expect from a Holiday Inn. The issue was room 338 needs a new bat tub. The porcelain on the bottom of the tub was weak, sagged, and therefore cracked and rusted. (Forgot to take a picture.) Did not think it could be sanitary! Otherwise, it’s your typical HI room.
The hotel is clean and organized. Free coffee and cookies in the lobby. The pool and exercise room are great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant is good.
Amazing patient staff, good amenities, but horrible corporate management. When we stayed their entire key card system was down (for almost a whole week it was down) so every guest had to be escorted to their room by one of two staff working. The poor staff had to bust their butts and they were so polite. It's unbelievable that Holiday Inn didn't replace the key card system sooner, and that they didn't send more staff in to help. I can't rate higher than three...
