The staff was very rude. I haven't went there in years and that was their chance. The food was gross. Good luck

My three kiddos (11, 6 and 3)and I stopped today for brunch. I was the only party at our table to get the buffet, each of my kids ordered something off of the menu. I went and gathered my plate and while waiting for theirs my 3 year old asked for a few bites to hold him over (it was around 11am), so a FEW small bites is what he had. The table next to us was clearly related to someone up above in management as they kept letting their VERY young child run to and from the kitchen and also watching my table like a hawk and reported to our waitress that my three year old had a few small bites of buffet, I was scolded and told they had the right to charge him full price for the buffet. Throughout our entire dining experience the table next to us continued to focus more on our table than their own. At one point my three year old managed to get the cap off the ketchup bottle and lick the bottle, I saw this lovely lovely lady at the table next to us report it to management before I even had an opportunity to do so myself. When the waitress brought the check I handed her the bottle and kindly informed her what had happened and she stated she had already been informed. We have had multiple trips here that were incredibly enjoyable and welcoming, today was most definitely not one of them.

We came in from Iowa for the packers game we wanted some good breakfast and we found this spot they absolutely killed it from service to the food was absolutely amazing plus family owned and ran will be back everytime

Me and my family wanted to sit down and have a nice lunch together but we were immediately met with bad service, both of the younger female servers (especially the one that “served” us) had a horrible attitude and shifted all of our moods. We got our drinks and my nephew mishandled his and it spilled we apologized for it and she went to the other server and annoyingly gestured something so we decided we are not going to spend our money there for this terrible attitude. We paid for our drinks and her attitude did not change at all. She was a youngish looking brown haired female.

Both of the young waitresses were incredibly rude from the start. Brown hair one literally slammed the utensils down, then rudely asked what we wanted to drink while rolling her eyes. We immediately felt like we weren’t welcome and after the grandson dropped his apple juice (which we said we’d clean and apologized) she made more rude gestures while walking away. This was definitely not a family atmosphere and no food here is worth being treated rudely from the start. Not spending my money on this place ever again, but can only hope they fire or train the rude waitresses, so no other family has to go thru the same ordeal. We all left with a nasty taste.
