I just wanna say as a new customer today was amazing there shake and tea combo where delicious ? the people where great and very helpful and inviting we need more humans like them in our world keep up the good work and I'll keep coming ?
I love this place!! Very friendly people working there and they take there time to get to know you on a personal level! Fantastic hours! I love their peanut butter Reese protein balls. I would recommend it to anyone than other place I have been.

I had never been here before, I was unsure of what to expect. The staff was EXTREAMLY helpful and friendly. I get intimidated easily going into health clubs, the two ladies on shift this morning were very helpful, and patient with my questions. It's also right by the gym, so the location is perfect. The atmosphere is comfortable/welcoming, and not overwhelming, like other clubs I've been to.
