Decor hasnt been updated for decades. Honestly, the menu hasnt either, but the menu doesn't need it. Krolls East is so much better than West. The chili is supposedly the same recipe, but it's definitely better at east.

Ordered some food and the plate was dirty. Had to pay as soon as we got our food and didn't see any staff once we paid. Not that friendly of staff either.

Never again! Rude staff! Waitress asked if we were ready to order, asked for a blueberry shake and said we should be ready when she came back, her reply was “ I won’t be back, someone else will be!” And continued to wait on other tables. Like we inconvenienced her by being there. Took about 20 minutes for someone to come take our order, then answered our questions like we were stupid. Took about another 30 minutes to get our food which we had to pay for when we got our food! That was the last time anyone came to our table and food was not even that great! The only pleasant staff member who was nice was the blond teenager who brought our food! Krolls West is where we will continue to go, their staff know how to to treat customers!

As I’m waiting for door dash watch the older lady with blonde hair just walk and look right pass me she then goes to a car that just pulled up I rolled my window Down and said I have been waiting for you to attend me as well she looked at me and rolled her eyes and continue to help the car that just pulled up mind u been parked there before her for 15mins
