Been going to Kroll's for 50+ years... love my comfort food, but please don't continue to get poor ratings because of one staff member- Patty in the bar is always rude and loud and acts as if she doing you a favor by taking your order...Do yourself a favor and let her go...
Decor hasnt been updated for decades. Honestly, the menu hasnt either, but the menu doesn't need it. Krolls East is so much better than West. The chili is supposedly the same recipe, but it's definitely better at east.

I wish they were open on Mondays! Food is delicious and much more reasonable than Krolls west. I live on the west side and would rather drive to the east location for their food.
